Did you know that Drumelia was the first real estate agency in Marbella to launch the property tours through YouTube? The concept first introduced by United States has quickly become very popular in Europe, and we surfed that wave by creating original, never seen before type of content, using high quality equipment and innovative ideas.
Showcasing the most amazing properties for sale in Marbella, over the course of years we achieved 200K subscribers and over 35M++ in views in our main YouTube channel, becoming a point of reference for the collaborators and direct clients who are planning to move to Marbella. Our goal has always been to demonstrate that Marbella is not only a luxury destination, but also a great place to live with family all year round, or spend a summer enjoying your second home, by creating the lifestyle content.
Having previously reached some important milestones in our YouTube channel, including a sale of €32M villa in La Zagaleta (see more here) and touring a €21.9M mansion with an international YouTube influencer Eric Conover (watch the tour here), we have been quiet for a while since then. However, we plan to make a strong comeback, and we need someone innovative with outstanding vision to push this project forward, develop ideas, concepts and scripts.
Some of current strategies include launching a vlog to share daily real-life stories on our YouTube channel, where we will need your leadership to bring together and manage a team responsible for this project, providing you with necessary resources and making high investments in this project to achieve something never done before, both quality and content wise.
Take an active part in helping us grow to 1M subscribers! Here are the qualifications and responsibilities of a person that we want to see as our YouTube director.
Responsibilities:
- Generate ideas, concepts, scripts and direct video production for existing channel (preproduction, direction and postproduction)
- Coordinate the content production with our in-house marketing team - Direct the production and assist in post-production
- Analysing statistics to evaluate the channel's performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Engage with audience by answering the comments and using YouTube tools
- Publish videos in the channel, write SEO-driven titles and make sure that the description highlights the
- Identify opportunities for collaborations and partnerships to increase the growth of the channel
- Manage current YouTube channel. Create and implement strategies to reach 1.000.000 subscribers
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in video production or digital marketing, preferably at an agency or in-house, or if you did freelance projects that works as well
- Expert knowledge of video production, editing, social media marketing, including paid and organic channels
- Creative eye for design and video content
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Other languages are a plus.
