At our company, a Listing Manager is an individual with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, capable of managing and supporting the listings team, expanding our reach, and overseeing Drumelia's listing strategy. As we aim to expand our team, your responsibilities will include recruiting new members, providing training, and guiding them in their roles.
Through the analyzis of the current procedures inside the listings department, you are expected to coordinate projects from start to finish and create innovative strategies in collaboration with our in-house Sales and Marketing teams, aligning with market demand and attracting potential buyers through creative campaigns. To make sure the listing procedure is smooth and we have all documentation in place, you will be in charge of overseeing all listing processes, attending listing viewings and make decisive property valuations and identifying opportunities for exclusive collaboration.
Drumelia currently manages 40 exclusive listings across Marbella's prime locations. As the Listings Manager, you will oversee the strategy, launch, and online presence of these exclusive properties.
Apart from exclusives concept, we always look for ways to increase the number of direct listings to match the needs of our clients. For this, you will be responsible to use your extensive network to identify listing opportunities and negotiate the most beneficial terms for all parties involved. With a good flow of direct listings on a monthly basis, you will manage the communication between listings and other departments, making sure all markeing materials are produced in a timely manner, the property is uploaded in compliance with local regulations, providing necessary information for the sales team to make a successful sale.
With over 700 listings already on the books, you will be expected to provide insights and recommendations to enhance the visibility and trading volume of transactions, educating the property owners about the current market and trends through sharing your deep understanding of the real estate market and suggesting to adjust the price when applicable.
With the intention of providing the best quality of service to the property owners, you and your team will be the main point of contact for the client, making sure their property is well presented both online and offline. You will be expected to establish and maintatin a good relationship with collaboratores, being always available to answer any questions, as well as anticipate the needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, and train the listings team.
- Interview and integrate new listing agents into the team.
- Establish relationship with our owners, and be their main point of contact.
- Optimize standard procedures to improve listings operations, and ensure smooth processes and presentation of our listings on all platforms.
- Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure property photoshoots go smoothly and effectively
- Be behind the scenes quarterback for all agents and the listings team.
- Monitor and analyze listing performance from start to finish, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Attend property listings and conduct valuations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Be responsible for providing exceptional service to all sellers throughout the whole sales process.
Qualifications:
- Significant management experience in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional organizational and project management ( I would put development, sounds like project manager to me) abilities.
- Team leadership abilities.
- Profficiency in Inmoba or similar CRM platforms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are appreciated.
- Proven ability to succeed.
- Client service and satisfaction mindset.
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a highly dynamic work environment.
- Ability to set priorities and work independently.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Marbella real estate market, including tax, regulations, and legal aspects of transactions.
