Sales Results & Key Transactions
This year, Drumelia successfully closed 62 notary sales with a total sales volume of €236,775,900. Last year we had 38 notary sales with a total sales volume of €141,134,926. This represents the growth of 68% in the sales volume compared to last year.
In 2024, of these 62 notary sales, 63% of transactions were made with Drumelia buyers, a testament to the strength of our client relationships and marketing efforts. Average property prices discounts have remained steady averaging 5% this year similar to the last couple of years.

Another noticeable trend is the growing preference for primary residences, as many second-home buyers are upgrading to larger properties after experiencing Marbella’s exceptional lifestyle and year-round appeal.
In the luxury segment, the most sought-after areas remain Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján, the Golden Mile, and Zagaleta, which consistently reflect the region's enduring exclusivity and prestige. This year, we’ve expanded our reach by successfully completing sales across Marbella, from east to west.
For the upcoming year, we’re seeing a significant rise in high-quality renovation projects, with many expected to be completed between 2025 and 2026. These will further boost the availability of key-ready homes, aligning with buyer demand for turnkey solutions.
