THE ROLE

You will work closely with our Sales team, Sales Manager, Marketing team, and wider operations staff to ensure that all processes, documentation, and coordination tasks are executed accurately and on time.

You will gain deep exposure to how a high-performing luxury real estate agency operates, including listings, client processes, marketing coordination, and internal operations. For the right person, this role is a strong foundation for long-term development in operations, office management, or project coordination within Drumelia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the sales and operations teams in the coordination of daily workflows
• Managing and maintaining CRM data, property records, and client information with accuracy
• Handling incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal processes across multiple teams
• Assisting with the preparation and management of contracts, documents, and transaction files
• Monitoring task progress and ensuring deadlines are met across departments
• Supporting listing coordination, including data accuracy and marketing preparation
• Liaising between sales, marketing, and administration teams to ensure alignment
• Assisting with general office operations and administrative tasks
• Ensuring internal systems and processes are followed consistently and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in administration, coordination, operations, or similar roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage
• Confident using CRM systems and standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle
• Professional attitude, reliability, and consistency in execution
• Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term role

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in operations and business coordination within Drumelia. If you are looking for a purely routine administrative job with limited responsibility, this is not the right fit.

What you’ll do

• Lead the strategy and direction of all Drumelia social media accounts
• Define what we publish, for whom, on which channels, and for what purpose
• Develop new content concepts, formats, campaigns, and recurring series
• Turn our properties, people, knowledge, and daily activity into relevant content
• Challenge and improve our existing content, processes, and ways of working
• Lead and develop the social media and content team as the department grows
• Coordinate internal team members, creators, editors, and external production resources
• Work closely with company leadership, marketing, and sales.

What we’re looking for

• At least three to five years of relevant experience managing social media and creating content, ideally for a premium, luxury, or highly aspirational brand
• Evidence that you have meaningfully grown, improved, or transformed a brand’s social media presence
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to be hands-on if needed.
• Leadership skills and the ability to organise people, priorities, and production
• A strong understanding of what makes content distinctive, relevant, and engaging
• Genuine interest in social media, emerging formats.
• A natural feel for luxury aesthetics and high-end brand storytelling
• An understanding of how to build and engage a real community, not simply increase a follower count
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how content can create trust, interest, leads, and sales
• Strong communication skills and professional English
• Full-time availability to work from our Marbella headquarters

THE ROLE

• Content creation and coordination — video, social media
• Digital marketing and campaign support — across our owned channels
• Market research and data-driven projects — competitive analysis, audience insights, performance reviews
• Cross-team collaboration — working alongside our sales and property teams

You won’t be making coffee. You’ll be contributing to work that ships.
