Good morning! Today I will show you this 18.8mln euros ultra-modern villa in one of top locations of Marbella - Cascada de Camojan. The pool area connects immediately with the gym, spa and indoor swimming pool which is simply perfect! You can train here with so much natural light, looking out to the gardens, go to the sauna, use the pool, go back outside to the sunny terraces, swim in the outside pool. An infinite amount of combinations to enjoy whilst someone plays the piano over here or gives a more modern vibe with the DJ set! I’d like to see that one day!

And if you are more in a relaxing mood, you step over here to this fantastic movie theatre! From here you can still have views over the pool and gym, and if you want a cosier atmosphere you can close this curtain and immerse yourself in the movie!

Personally, I really like this open bar at the back of the cinema with all this cool illumination.

All this entertainment areas connected with the outdoor, is just priceless!!

Also, there are 4 guest suits on this floor, and upstairs there are 4 family bedroom suits. So, the family is separated from all the guest, and they all have independent accesses, so this are very nice details to the layout. There is also a lift that goes to all floors, which is very important as the house has 4 levels in total. Let us check out the next floor!

MAIN FLOOR

Here we are at the hallway, with the main oversized entrance door. So, once we enter the house from here, we have this great architecture detail of the suspended chandelier cutting through the floor. Double ceiling, and view to the beautiful wood staircase behind me! Stepping into the Livingroom, fantastic qualities and take a look at all the spectacular decoration! All the furniture was designed by Pedro Peña, to my mind the best in Marbella. The Living room flows out to the more huge outdoor covered space with great views, and over here connects with the kitchen and more terraces!

So spacious kitchen offers everything that the most enthusiastic chef could wish for! The dining table attached to the kitchen island creates a seamless design look! So many windows all around and more cooking space on this side. Appliances are Gaggenau.

Nice office on this side, and now we go to the opposite side where the only bedroom is on this floor. Great huge suit with the bathtub incorporated. Feels very spacious, the white carpentry is of the highest quality. Tv is nicely integrated and the light wood on the floor combines perfectly with all the design. All the bathrooms in this house have a really nice decoration and different touch in each case! I really like the wallpaper and the ceramic chosen for the shower.

SECOND FLOOR AND SOLARIUM

Coming upstairs we have 3 suits, including the master, which is in the middle.

The 1^st is right of the staircase, amazing decoration, and choice of materials once again. Open plan closet that joins the bathroom to the bedroom with great views all around. Very good size, you don’t need more! And the bathroom has impressive views to la concha from the bathtub, so much greenery surrounds. Great qualities here, and apart from this shower, both suits have this really funky outdoor shower on each side of the house. In summer it’s nice to be able to enjoy a shower out here.

The bedroom on the opposite side is very similar to the previous one, also very nicely designed, with access to a big terrace, and a similar bathroom as seen previously, with outdoor shower.

And now ill take you to the master. Spacious & gracious Master Suite with every modern luxury and convenience, with the large private terrace ideal for enjoying magical sunrise over the Mediterranean and getting a unique emotional experience. A perfect size, separate walking closet, gorgeous master bathroom immediately starts with a bathtub looking out. The wood flows in from the bedroom, into the bathroom integrating both spaces together... You have double vanity, Big white pieces of ceramic on the walls all around and an impressive shower! All of this with amazing sea views!

And finally, I will take you upstairs, to the terrific fun area on the solarium! Such an exciting area, you have your bar, barbecue, chillout areas and even a jacuzzi of the size of small pool! Laying here you have the most stunning sea views, completely private, with views of la concha at the back! Heaven exists? It must be somewhere between the floors of this villa!
