This incredible villa, toured by Erik Conover and Artur Loginov, has  12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a frontline beach plot of just over four thousand square meters two and a half thousand square meters built. We've got an indoor heated swimming pool, cinemas, a spa overlooking the unique sea, and loads of rooftop terraces with lounges, jacuzzies, everything overlooking the sea view.

With that, let's jump into the tour. Let's start right from the beginning.

ENTRANCE

The property is set in a cul-de-sac, so it's completely private. No one sees you from outside. There's a wall around the house, with a gated entryway, there's also the six-car garage here for the owners, and there's a two-car garage on the other side for the staff or guests, with their entrance to the house. There's also an electric car hookup for a Tesla.

Massive estates in this neighborhood surround us, all the houses are enormous, and they all have these pine trees and 24-hour security—an essential touch. The villa is modern, huge, and with black and marble details on the windows as far as the architecture. There's grass surrounding the property. One of the coolest features is the entrance ceilings, imitating a rolls-Royce ceiling. A Hollywood entrance that gives out a red carpet moment to your guests.

The moment you step into the house, you notice how elegant it is; it gets a lot of natural light. A plaster of a rose on the wall hides the sea views from the entrance. The floors are high-quality marble.

LIVING ROOM

The living room enjoys incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The height is about five meters, giving a feeling of space and lightning. There's a stunning chimney with black ceramic again. An excellent and unique detail is the beanbag couch, which you don't see very often.

The main living room opens up to a cozy part of the house, ideally for the kids to watch TV. Separate from the main living room. The area is warm with wood elements.

EXTERIORS OF THE PROPERTY

Marbella is all about the outdoor and indoor lifestyle combined. With this weather, you spend most of your time outside. That's why in high-end properties like this one, so much goes into consideration when it comes to the exteriors. To get upstairs, you can get the lift or the stairs. There are another three bedrooms on this floor, all en-suite. The main feature, of course, is the master bedroom. The design is simply unique, with a bathroom that blends perfectly with the ocean, an almost 'hidden' terrace, and a built-in walk-in closet. The fireplace inside the bathroom is a beautiful detail, all designed with black marble. The bathroom is stunning, with marble, double vanity, full-height mirrors, and a huge shower.
