Cristina has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field, in which she has built a versatile and successful career. She has specialized in Human Resources Direction and Management, Labor Relations, legal representation in Social Courts, and handling of Labor and Social Security Inspections. Her experience also includes negotiations, employee training and development, recruitment and employer branding.

For Cristina, talent and people development are the driving forces of her professional vocation.

Graduated in 2001 in Labor Relations from the University of Malaga and registered as a Social Graduate since 2006, Cristina began her professional career in Marbella, in development companies on the Costa del Sol, in addition to leading a labor and tax consulting firm, and collaborating with the City of Benahavís as Head of the Human Resources Department.

In 2009, her career took a turn when she moved to the United States, where she joined the Human Resources team of important health institutions in the state of Utah, Intermountain Healthcare and University of Utah Health. In both organizations, Cristina was recognized for her work, being part of the prestigious “Elite Talent Acquisition Team” and receiving awards such as the “Elite Honor Roll Award” in 2022, 2023 and 2024, and the title of “Employer of the Year” in 2024.

Cristina has continued her education with a Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources in 2024 from the University of Malaga and a Double Master's Degree in Human Resources and Talent Management from the University Isabel I of Burgos.

Currently, Cristina brings her extensive experience and knowledge as Head of HR and Talent at Drumelia, where she works to attract and develop the best talent in the luxury real estate sector.
