Vanessa Ramirez Ruiz Cleaning Supervisor

Born, raised and studied in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, Vanessa started her career in a local bakery and pastry shop. While working there for 10 years, she also became involved in cleaning services and taking care of private houses. Her background and experience prepared her to provide top-notch service to clients.

Vanessa’s involvement in concierge services began as a result of being in charge of cleaning the home of one of the partners of Artur, the CEO of Drumelia. When she was offered a job in Drumelia in 2023, she saw it as a chance to join a respected company where she could grow professionally and personally. Vanessa considers one of her significant personal achievements getting rid of her shyness that used to stop her from doing many things. She is proud to exceed her goals.

Organisation skills and perseverance are Vanessa’s strengths and vital attributes that enable her to overcome challenges and achieve her goal, which is, according to her own words, “making sure that everything is perfect”.

Currently, Vanessa is in charge of keeping the office clean and tidy. She also assists in preparing for the Open House events, and literally opens the houses for the agents when they conduct viewings of the properties.

Vanessa is sure that empathy and kindness are the key to happiness and relationships, and her own keywords are “responsive, hearty, and kind”. She believes in the goodness of people, works hard to be a great professional in her field, and loves travelling and discovering new places.
